Pike Lake Fisheries Session
Pike Lake Neighbors Inc. is sponsoring a session with DNR Fisheries Biologist Zach Lawson Tuesday August 1, 2023, 9:30-11:00 AM in the Mercer Library conference room. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
Zach will summarize the data the DNR has collected on Pike Lake and discuss thoughts and plans going forward and overall objectives for the entire Turtle River system. There will be time for questions and discussion.
Zach gave a very good presentation on the Turtle River watershed fishery as part of the “Turtle River Chain of Lakes History and Science” event at the community center last October 12, which you may have attended. This session will focus specifically on Pike Lake.
The meeting will be streamed on Zoom and recorded for those who cannot attend in person. The Zoom meeting will disconnect after 40 minutes or when we take a break. Please reconnect using the same link or meeting id.
